Love it!

It's so trippy thats what makes it sound so awesome. All the glitchy effects make it sound so awesome. But your main drum beat has to manny glitches. I don't like the kick rolls too much there too off-key. But still this is a cool song! By the way this is RemedyX I just made a new account check out my music man.
Good luck with future music.

Distortzion responds:

Knew already that it was you! ;)
The main drum? Yes that had to sound a bit err0rish, jut like the rest :D

Khuskan - Symphony in Sine Khuskan - Symphony in Sine

Lol...

So simple and yet so... good? The sine waves can truly make a beautiful sound. I love the whole arrangement! There is an ambient artist here on NG, not sure if you heard of him though. TheNewGillenium. He made a song using sine waves and it sounds quite similar except his is not sine waves alone. The melody is sine waves. You should hear it too. It's called Strange Petals. Enough of him. Good job!
Check out my music if you please.

Khuskan responds:

Wow. Reviews on the audio portal are getting more and more detailed. A long time ago, they would consist of nothing more than 4 words...

Apparently quite a few people have done this before, I myself took inspiration from PPK's ressurection, which used sine waves as the lead synth to great effect

Pretty Impressive...

The beggining of the song threw me out of my chair! Holy crap! You should of added like a flute trill then the reverse ride and I wouldn't of jumped out of my chair. Nice piece though. You should try equing this a bit more. Cause the vocals and deep strings sound a bit distorted. The violin solo was nice. The oboe gave it a nice medieval feel but the solo oboe didn't sound too good. Don't know why. I just think a pussy instrument like that doesn't stand out in the midst of such a variety of instruments.
Orchestrated music always sounds good anyways. But you must check out Edgen on newgrounds and jaredhudson.com for some amazing orchestrated music. Peace! Check out my music too.

MaestroSorrow responds:

here comes the shocker!

There was no oboe here, just a clarinet, and I stacked the clarinets in the high octaves, making them play notes, which are not physically possible, which gives an organ like sound!

Behold my physical rules bending ways!

Thanks for the review, i'll check out some of your stuff.

Gosh, I just hate the review scoring system... Anyways. You got a bit of a Sine Symphony going on there with those peaceful little blips. This song is quite good. And don't worry man. Everybod on this sight gets rated down! I'm gonna upload some of my music here soon too. I make Ambient, Ambient/Dnb, IDM, anyways peace!

Gillenium responds:

I'm pretty familiar with all the ambient artists, why haven't I seen you before? I'll check you out when I can. Thanks for the review
